Job Placement
Assistance is provided to secure interviews and job placements for students, and alumni, in the culinary field. CCA is connected with many restaurants, and food-service facilities, around the world through Christian Chefs International, and will utilize those connections to assist students with job placements. CCA can also provide students, and alumni, with some of the industry's most efficient job listing websites, and can also connect students in culinary ministry positions. Resume writing, and interview tactics are covered in each student's course of study. Students are also instructed in factors which affect probability of employment, such as willingness to relocate, industry experience, industry certification, level of commitment, etc. Although CCA will go to a great extent in assisting students in job placement, it does not guarantee employment.

Mini-Internship Placement
During "mini-internships," students are assigned to facilities close to CCA for 1-3 days at a time in order to get real-world experience cooking for customers at local restaurants, catering companies, and conference centers. Mini-internships will be scheduled during the evenings of a student's regular weeks of class, and/or on weekends. Students will be provided one day off every week, but it will not necessarily be the same day every week. CCA will assign a student's locations and schedules weekly. Students are required to attend every scheduled event. Students are responsible for their own transportation, but adequate time will be provided for students to drive, or take the bus, to the designated location.

Internship Placement
At the conclusion of the 30-week session at CCA, students will attend a 12-week (420 hours minimum) internship cooking at a food-service establishment to get the real-world experience necessary to reaffirm the skills learned in class. It is the student's responsibility to apply, interview, and secure the position. They must also arrange for housing and transportation at and to their internship site. In addition to assisting students in resume creation and interviews to be able to line up the best internship location for each student, CCA has a list of facilities that have stated interest in taking CCA students.

Counseling
CCA administration and instructors are all available for both biblical and practical advice by appointment. Referrals can be given if professional counseling is needed.
